I think that most of my company’s policies and procedures are fair. This is because the policies and procedures of my company have been changed frequently in order to make them fair for the employees as well as for the employers. There is also provision in my company to file complaints and write about any grievance and issues faced by the employees of the organization. Any issue or grievance can be reported to the CEO and the entrepreneur of the organization. However, the email or the letter must be drafted professionally and in a professional and formal manner with a formal and professional tone.
